I know a couple of people that have tried the hoodia pills and believe me they do not work!

Like Bill said "you can acheive the same and much healthier effect by eating less and taking more exercise"

And don't I know it !! My favourite foods are the traditional ones such as Koutsia , fasolia , kolokasi , revithia and faggi , all accompanied by a glass or two of red !! Here in the UK is caviar all week , you do get fed up with it after a while though !!

If you are overweight stop eating and get some excercise...swim in the sea you are surrounded by it.
Diets are for the lazy,get moving...

All those are not fattening anyway, as opposed to souvla, sheftalia, halloumi and lountza ... :lol:

No it would sound like that then .... What do they call those sweet biscuits, made from almonds ... like macaroon, they give them out at Weddings and Christenings .... :?
