Whats with the girls name Deniz? You sound like a guy!

Dont you start   In my language it is a 'unisex' name.

If you check the 'What do you look like' thread, it might answer your question.

There's something very Frank Sinatra about you. Shame you're Turkish.

First it was Paul Newman, now Frank Sinatra. Who said I was Turkish. I am Cypriot, Turkish speaking Cypriot. Why a shame if I was Turkish? Mongol?, Irish? Why do you have these boundaries?

Now you are getting personal. Below the belt is not for you to discuss. I am a happily married man.

Yep ~ especially with the bad weather ( gales etc ) coming soon, although it will take more than a couple of weeks I guess.

If we had moved here without doing much research or a "on the spur of the moment " decision I could understand the problem .

We bought our place here 14 years ago and it was our plan for the future but it hasn't really been the success that we thought it would be ~or should I say she hoped.

Still never mind eh ~~ we will see what happens .

Shes actually been talking about going to live in Italy :? as she really enjoyed our long break there last year ~~ as they say the grass is always greener etc

At least I'll get decent internet speeds in the UK

Bill,
Moving to Cyprus is on my agenda too. In two years time I will retire, if not before. My English wife is very keen to move there. Can you pin point one major factor which changed your wifes mind. I am fearful for my wifes sake and not mine. Her desire to move there seems on occasion stronger than mine. So I will rent first and then purchase/build a home. A PM will do.

Regards
