I was ok education wise and passed the medical but my application had to go for higher approval .

Sadly I was eventually turned down as I was regarded as a security risk due to living in a country during my childhood that the UK didn't particularly trust and even worse still having relatives living there  .

I've always wondered what I would be doing now had I been accepted :? .

I've made it to Cyprus though ~~ even if it is a good few years later

How does Mrs Bill feel about living in Cyprus now? She wasn't too keen I seem to remember.

I always wanted to be an artist.

I decided at Uni that so few make it and decided to do graphic design instead (being able to draw and paint well isn't enough unfortunately) and have made a good career out of it but now I want to be an artist again, for my own pleasure. I'll have to blow the dust off the paints and brushes tho! 8)

I just may try stain glass window art.

Typical, everywhere I go there's always one old hag trying to keep the spotlight on her. Unfortunately the spotlight needs to turn away every now and then to hide your crows feet....Thats when I pounce

I could polish you off very quickly :? ... but then I'd be left with the likes of Bubbles and Cheshire Cat ..... and boy have they been boring me into hibernation.

You are just the new tool with which to sharpen my talons. :D

Prepare to meet your Nemesis.

Ball fly too high...put ball down as my pappou said to me.

Keep playing with your balls ....

You are lost in my law-defying Universe, quark. 8)

Oh dear...I seem to have gone too far. In reality I am a great admirer of yours. I find it remarkable how you've managed to remain so contemporary despite the generation gap with some of the other forum members....

Only kidding love  I present my quark particles especially (the charm ones) at your service. ANytime you get fatigued and need to go for a siesta give me a buzz and i'll finish off any member bashing you were involved with.

I've booked the tickets to go back this Thursday ~~ only for a few weeks holiday mind you

I'm hopeful that the reality of being back in the UK will hit her hard and she will want to return to Cyprus ASAP.

She certainly has been a miserable bitch since we moved here ~ constantly complaining and moaning .

At the very latest I will return at the beginning of May ~ with or without her but she's always welcome to pop over for her holidays if she won't return

We will wait and see what happens ~ one thing is certain I've no wish to keep her here against her wishes .

Bill I find that a few carefully placed slaps with the back of the hand usually do the trick. Make sure that any punches however are contained in the armpit area so as not to arouse suspicion from others.

Yeah! ... one-for-all and all-for-one, together we will go where no man has gone before

The promise you have shown for the arena, should be nurtured, and not destroyed.
