I do not know about how Cypriot law stands, but under English law the deceased cannot be libelled.

Cypriot Law is exactly the same as English Law

Steam train enthusiasts maintain vintage trains and run them in Avon, between various towns. One used to go by weekly within view from our house and it would blow its whistle and leave trails of smoke / steam behind. They really are beautiful machines.
