President Mehmet Ali Talat has received the UN Secretary General’s Special Representative in Cyprus - UNFICYP Chief of Mission Michael Moller.
The meeting was requested by Mr. Moller.

No statement was issued to the press before or after the meeting."
The meeting is seen as the first step towards launching a new UN initiative on the Cyprus issue.
Mr. Moller will be meeting with the Greek Cypriot leader Dimitris Christofias on Monday.

He can ... but he has taken the cowards way out because the people who are only here for the "Cyprus problem" threads and would be best able to respond to this will not even see it......

And I can't get stuck into it myself because I am concentrating on something else, with only passing glances on CF ...
