There are 2 parts to Cyprus 63% "RoC" governed by the GCs and 37% TRNC governed by the TCs = Reality.

Viewpoint,the so-called 'TRNC' isn't even a proper country,as it is Turkey's pirate state.The so-called 'TRNC' has the same legal standing as Abkhazia & Transdniester - ILLEGAL!

Is it in place? do yo have to show passports hen crossing, do we have our own police? schools* MP, president, recognition may be missing but all the other factors are in place and closing your eyes to our existence is part of the problem and unless you acknowledge that we are here and we to have the right to share this island without being dominated and controlled purely by GCs.

Actually VP, most of all the provisions you have stated for the "TRNC" to be considered as a "country" can also be found in any large PRISON, with one major difference, that the PRISON is recognised as being what it is.

And it's certainly NOT British

AlexISS,of course,Cyprus isn't British,but it is part of the British Commonwealth anyway! The Sovereign Base Areas ARE British anyway!
