In this three a half page letter written for the numbskull talat in ankara, is asking that talks start on making up a 5 th Anal Plan. WE don't want the bloody ANAL plan it is off the table!!!! Is this what they call wanting peace????

Its the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Mr Mehmet Ali Talat.

Whats the problem with using AP 5 as a reference point, do you expect things to start from zero after so many technocrats have put in so much effort and work to create this plan which is a good basis to negotiate from. The problem will be is that HCs have demonized the pplan so much that it will be very difficult to lick up what they have spat out.

My mistake then, Given there is only one President for the Republic of Cyprus. That being Mr Christofias whom the US, Russia, France and other European nations recently congratulated on his win ...... silly me :):)

You are right the "ROC" is 63% of this island and the other 37% is the TRNC, reality we are here and have no intentions of going anywhere.

Basically he said "cut the crap"
