Reverend Jim Jones’ Bible Observations

Some of you may recall Reverend Jim Jones and the infamous 1978 Jonestown debacle in Guyana, but that’s not exactly what I want to talk about in this thread…

Reverend Jim Jones, was in the habit of passing various notes and instruction handouts to his disciples, which I’ve been going through lately purely in the name of criminology study for my amusement, and to my surprise I discovered that the man had made some very interesting King James Bible observations which I quote below for your perusal and discussion if interested… (this is longish btw)

NOAH TOLD BY THE LORD TO TAKE TWO OF EACH BEAST INTO THE ARK, AND ALSO SEVEN
(Gen 7:2) "Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens."

Speaking as an atheist, I loved your post. However, I would somewhat question its relevance. If some Christain fundamentalist were to turn up uninvited and start telling us that the Bible contains the answers to all of humanity's woes, then it would be perfectly legitimate to require this person to account for the contradictions in your post. However, as far as I know, nobody has ever used this forum as a vehicle for propagating Christianity. Or Hinduism, Buddhism, Bahaism or any other -ism you care to mention.
So does the above rule not apply if somebody comes along and starts promoting an extreme form of Sharia-based Islam?

Just keep in mind that these are "errors" found in the King James version of the Bible so it would be good to do some cross-referencing with the Authorized version etc, before using any of this material in a evolution Vs creation debate.

... nor do they prohibit others from challenging such propaganda. That is my point.
