Come on you Lot, Hands up if you Hate The British , Lets have the truth for once !!!

I hate the British that expect little Britain in every Country that they visit. I hate the fish and chip, burgers, full English breakfast mentality and I also hate the way that a lot of them cant behave and show some respect to their hosts. And by the way i'm British.

Another thing,

I live in France, I like the French , I love France. But I do see faults , nowhere is perfect. The difference is I am not a brown noser, who will agree with anything to keep in with them. And they respect me for THAT.

Why do you insist on this, GorillaGal? Is it not true that Americans are the highest ranking polluters worldwide? Some silly guilt-driven community service is not enough to repair the damage you do. Are you so thick to not realize that Cyprus is not America? The USA has accumulated one fourth of the world's wealth, Americans live lives so comfortable that they can afford to give more money on cat food than what whole families make in a month elsewhere. Dogs and cats are dogs and cats, they don't need human homes or "love", humans do!

Why would I ever donate money to a fund raising you set up, do you think there are no people in need in my own country? Or was it just another pathetic attempt to make yourself look noble and more sensitive than others (me)?

i didn't expect you to donate, after all, you are cypriot, and you are showing your true colors. i did not set up this charity, that helps women worldwide, i merely raise funds for them, and participate in the run/walk. you need to save your money for stool softeners. i can understand why. it sucks when you are so anally rententive that you get constipated.

I am not Cypriot, but that doesn't change anything. Funny how you continue to avoid commenting on how much the average American pollutes the environment. Stool softeners? And that's coming from a citizen of the land of the obese? I have in my lifetime donated to charities much more than I could afford, illiterate tv bred Americans like you are in no position to lecture me, go back to watching Oprah!

don't tell me about my country polluting (at least we do something about it) or the obeses (i can name a few obeses cypriots on this forum), i don'tr watch oprah, i worek for a living, some 15 hours a day, 7 dys a week.
this thread was not created to bash anyone, i just asked where you spend your community service, but still no one cypriot has answered me. instead they take defense that i asked, because you know it makes you look bad, and you started bashing not cypriots. now wtop that, and answer the question: WHERE DO THE CYPRIOTS DO COMMUNITY SERVICE, or LEAVE THE THREAD ALONE.

It's not the Cypriots' fault that the British tourists make a very bad impression. It's the same situation as elsewhere. Here in Greece, they make headlines every summer, posing drunk in front of cameras, stripping, urinating and even fornicating in the middle of the street. Try googling "faliraki" for more info

You are spot on with respect though. Like the British denying Cyprus its independence for years which culminated in an armed struggle, which dragged the TCs in by the 'keep divided and rule' policy. Never a more truthful expression. I like respect. I give it when its due.

There is no need for us to google it,we are ashamed of our reputation abroad,and at home.
We have a major,major problem with alcohol in the UK,unfortunately when a minority travel abroad the same happens.
