The property was built in 2002, so is still in a new condition. The outside was painted last year with Dulux Weather shield Guaranteed for 5 years. Also to stop dirt going over the bottom, we put tiles round in keeping with the look of the property. It has a large living area, with dining area, looking out on the rear, via patio doors. The kitchen area is also a large area, with room for a breakfast table if required. Upstairs the bedrooms are all of double size with built in wardrobes in each room. The main bedroom has en suite facilities, and opens on to a veranda, with room for a table and chairs. One of the other bedrooms also opens onto the veranda via patio doors. Each bedroom has windows to two aspects giving plenty of light and a lovely cooling breeze, during the summer months. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Out side, a shower has been fitted for use before going into the swimming pool. All the exterior lights have been changed to more expensive ones than the developer fitted. To the side of the property is a workshop/shed. Fitted with lights and electric. Also outside are several water pipes to wash down the exterior areas. The boarders are all fitted with irrigation, which have a clock so it comes on automatically. The hot water to the property is via the solar system, there is also back up of an emersion, for the days when there is no sunshine in the winter. Air-conditioning is fitted in all main rooms, which is hot and cold air. The property is situated in a very quiet area, and over looks, orange groves. It is only 10-15 minutes to Paphos, and only 8 minutes to the airport, so ideal as a holiday home. You do not get noise from the airport, as they take off over the sea. In the village just 4 minutes away by car, is a good supermarket, and a butchers, also a tavern, schools, church. On Sundays there is a market in the village.
