What advice did I give regarding interview techniques .... you who fails to read what is written?
My interest was getting at the root cause of purdeys discomfort at his decision.
Comparing the calibre of people I have interviewed, to the college drop-outs you deal with, does not make for fairness ... so I will let it go, that you may pick according to the cut of someone's cloth and I according to their intellect and scholastic abilities.
