Why did purdey feel the need to absolve himself with a forum confessional regarding hiring this woman (lady ) if he did not harbour some doubts?....

I was just being a good therapist and asked him a few self-analytical questions.

Even if purdey went on to deny them publicly, the seed has been sown and next time when faced with the same dilemma, he can make an unconflicting choice.

A few weeks ago I interviewed 7 people for a job in Cyprus.The job is mainly office based with some appointments out of office.
Today I recieved a rude letter from one candidate who never got the job.The guy was highly qualified,answered all the right questions,spoke three languages and would have been a assett in the workplace.
However he arrives at interview ten minutes late,was dressed in a unironed shirt,dirty trousers and looked unkempt.On appearance only he did not get the job.
I gave the job to a lady who was well presented,who was not qualified and only spoke one language but was prepared to learn another.

and he wrote u a letter to complain??? anyone knows when u go for an interview u dont go LATE and looking like a scrub, suite tie on time if not early to impress them

imo - u did well, if hes being late even for interview if u where to hire him hed be lazy every day going anytime he wanted to work and not caring, even though he had qualifications he should of made sure he was well presented and ON TIME ...

Well you know the firearms bit.The family have quiet a few businesses,but we know alot of people in Limassol.
Unfortunately it is not what you know but who.The offer is there,we can point you in the right direction.

Now there's a new one,I have never been called a bigot.I judge on what I read Phoenix,I can also read between the lines.
I find people like yourself very,very dangerous.You play the game well but you let yourself down when trying to use your wily charms.I will keep up the challenges,not to endear myself to other forum users,but to remind all things are not always what they seem.
