is there a place where they teach computer animation in cyprus? a college or something?

There will be soon, but not for a while. I know this because I did an animation degree. I am soon launching a website specialised in animation and the animation process. Please pm if you need any help in the field.

www.createitacademy.com does something to do with maya and after effects.

Yes MariaEvri,
they do teach in Near east University in Northern Cyprus. My daughter studies radio , TV and cinema and one of the subjects that she started to take is about animations and special effects on TV production and program
Her university didn't find enough on this subject and their planing to open one departman for it and will cover decoration and planing as well .
