How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Virgin Birth must be a concept (could not resist that one) which appeals to born again (nor that one) Christians like Bush.

Viewpoint, don't you mean a 'Federal Republic of Cyprus' or a 'United Cypriot Republic'? You should improve your grammar in English.

Hello Bir,

"Virgin birth" as it is utilized by the Turkish side as a concept based on which the Cyprus issue should be resolved, implies the following:

The solution that will emerge will not be based on the continuation of the 1960 RoC, as an established nation state. The new federal nation-state, i.e. the Federal United Republic of Cyprus (central government) will not legally be regarded or viewed as the successor or continuator of the legally existing 1960 RoC. The new state of affairs that will emerge (i.e. the federal URC,) will be the "result" of a "virgin birth" that will be conceived due to a partnership between the two de facto "existing" ethnic "nation-states," i.e. the "Greek Cypriot administration" in the south and the "TRNC" in the north! The RoC, according to the TC and Turkish thesis, doesn't exist. Instead, there is only a so-called GC administration. This "GC administration" will be "promoted" to become the GC Constituent State in the federal URC! Likewise, the "TRNC" will be promoted to assume the role of the TC Constituent state! The two of them will form a partnership between themselves in the middle, which will be called the URC, but which will have nothing to do with the currently existing and recognized RoC! It will be a new country that has fallen from the moon, all of suddenly, after the GCs accept that the 1974 illegal fait accomplices are acknowledged as a fact of life; i.e. that the south is an inherent de facto Greek Cypriot land and the north an inherent de facto TC land, in a historical sence!

In other words, it is the opposite of what the GCs want the solution to be based on. The GC view is that the new state of affairs will be based on the concept of evolution of the 1960 RoC, from a unitary and bi-communal State into a federal bi-zonal and bi-communal State!
