Do you want a cheap web site,or a cheap price for making a good one.I would of thought if you are in the Estate agent game you could afford a good one,and pay the going rate.
There is not much competition out there as far as good websites are concerned, most are pretty average and not updated on a regular basis.
Spend £4.000 and reap the rewards, friendly advise...

Purdey, 4000 sterling for a web site!!! Ouch! Considering there are no material costs the price sounds painful. I mean it cost me less to have an experienced architect design my house in Athens! There has to be a more reasonable way!

Sorry to say this, you pay for what you get. I recommend you go to real companies who specialise in the field, major cities like Limassol and Nicosia are the best. If you live in Cyprus I can give you a few contacts. Always ask for a portfolio of designs before you hire. I have enough knowledge to do what you need, I would not do anything for cheap however, in fact I prefer to do my own projects. I can tell you one thing for nothing, people in the industry who do things for cheap are not doing it for cheap at all. They tend to buy ready made templates, which look awfull for around £33, and sell them to the client for £500+, by registering a name and so forth and uploading.

Take a look at the webpage linked below and view a few templates, you will see what I mean.
