Can Christofias Coax the Chameleon .....

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

It is a game of response.Used by powers that are not on friendly terms. It happens throughout the world on a daily basi.Russia plays the game with the UK.
You fly over some of my land, how long is it before you respond,if war occurs we have the intelligence to keep you on the ground.
I knew a Greek pilot some twenty years ago,he played the same game over Turkish airspace...

There is the problem, as you saw from Tim's posts above. Turkey has ambitions of being the local economic and trading honcho. You cannot expect to be a favored neighbor and have people like your products if you bully everyone on a daily basis.

They need to cultivate a different mindset, like the Italians are doing. Fewer guns and more business is the way to do it. What we have now is a salesman with a jackboot, not a foot, in the door.

Tim ... I sometimes read humourless posts, hoping that what they lack in entertainment, they may make up for in content.

Sadly, yours are usually full of preaching prose, made less desirable by your earnestness to convince us of how unbiased you are, and able to see both sides.

I have reached the conclusion that such people filled with self-righteous admiration for this non-human condition are not true to themselves ... so why should I trust their word?.

There are a thousand ways to miss the bulls eye, and only one way of hitting it. Your mind's attempt to be everywhere, means you will get nowhere. I for one do not follow such people.

When you can distinguish between the educated, who not only know the difference between right and wrong but exercise acumen... and those who can merely read .... then give us your opinion ... but don't try and dilute it.

Tim, be frank! :)
