It's WIND, and maybe VODAFONE. There are limitations though, the max download size is 1 mb, to make sure the service is used only for browsing. Before the drop of the prices of ADSL plans it was a good alternative to a home connection, now you can have 24mbps ADSL2+ for 17 €/month
