It's WIND, and maybe VODAFONE. There are limitations though, the max download size is 1 mb, to make sure the service is used only for browsing. Before the drop of the prices of ADSL plans it was a good alternative to a home connection, now you can have 24mbps ADSL2+ for 17 €/month

Wow... it's like the UK then. You talking about Athens, or Greece in general, what's availability like?

That plan is available in Athens and all major cities, elsewhere the max available speed is 4mbps I think, but availability is spreading
