Amen

I ll do my best and offer the new president the Greek and Turkish version of this anthem :D

I'm sure that'll be much appreciated Karma...

At 45% of actual counting, the difference is 7% (46.5% vs. 53.5% in favor of Christofias.) It seems irreversible!

At 60% of actual counting, the difference remains the same! Christofias is the new president!

PS: Unbelievable speed on counting and processing! I remember some 20 years ago, they were counting until midnight!

A fair solutionand a lasting peace !!
We blew it mate , just like we did shortly after independence . The end of a dream is in sight , partition , recognition will become a reality , but we always blame the bloody Yanks , and the Brits . Long live Cyprus and may comrade Christofias get all the help that he deserves , Cypriots are about to exit from reality. The first and only EU member with a communist President , the joke of Europe !!
Democracy in action , let us rejoice and pretend that our tears are tears of joy , let us hope that the next few months will not be too hard on us , we have sent the message to our " enemies " THEY BETTER LISTEN " !
OSTOU SHININ TO HORKATI TSIE KREMAZETE MONOS TOU !!

Has Christofias been congratulated yet by Cuba and China.

We are going to be a laughing stock of Europe.

Don't get to overtaken Miltiades, we don't want you breaking that bottle of Red on your head  . The comrade is not a real commie, he is just using it as an angle.

Christofias as president? Well good luck to him, lets hope that with him at the helm we might be able to get somewhere in solving the Cyprus issue. I suppose we can only wait and see what happens...

It will be a breakthrough if Christofias realises that Cyprus future lies with Europe. NATO and the WEST. This is the only way we will get a solution to the Cyprus problem.
