Those who attacked Papadopoulos now attack Christofias

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Those who attacked Papadopoulos now attack Christofias

Did you notice that all those that attacked Papadopoulos now attack Christofias? Cyprus Mail for example. They want to bring back to Cyprus the CIA agents to finish us off. Clerides brought the Annan plan and now they want to put Kasoulides so they will bring us the same plan with different name!!

Christofias led the attack against Papadopoulos in the last weeks preceeding the first round. Christofias accused Papadopoulos of committing the cardinal sin, that is, of not giving the red lines and thus not negotiate at the most critical stage of the talks.

Thus, if the cretin title of this topic is correct, Christofias, who attacked Papadopoulos, is now attacking ... Christofias.

Christofias led the attack against Papadopoulos

Did you see this in your dream?

The attack against Papadopoulos was led by DISY and EDI. Christofias had disagreed on Papadopoulos on some issues, but definitely he didn't lead any attack against him.

Sotos is right, that those that were attacking Papadopoulos with unethical attacks that had nothing to do with him and his policies, are now attacking Christofias in a similar way.

Personally I am not sure if I will vote for anybody tomorrow, but the unethical war against Christofias which reminds me of the unethical war against Papadopoulos will probably lead me to support Christofias.

I want to wiah everyone a good voting day tomorrow. Keep away from conspiracy theories. and try and vote with your head.

Where my vote lies is no secret, I am a centre right voter who has been dissapointed at the tactics follwed by Tpap in internal govt and the cyprus problem. Where I agree with him is the essence of the solution of the cyprus problem, I, like him, voted no to the annan plan, not because he screwed it up, nsince I might not have voted for AP 3 either. I voted no because it was a plan to divide this island and to permanenetly discriminate against the majority.

Where I agree with him is what type of solution we should be after. where I disagree with him is the fact that he thought this solution will hit him in the face one day while he is having a BBQ in Straka.

If one wants a solution, he fights for it, he makes friends, allies and talks with the "enemy" in order to see how close we can get to a solution.

I'm voting for Kasouldes because

1) He is commited to a referndum on whatever solution is presented.
2) He is committed to seeking a solution
3) He has a small family (very important)
4) He has been pro EU his whole political life
5) He belongs to the biggest Euro Parliament party
6) The future of politics in this country lays in Brusells (not STrasbourg Mr Christofias)

My doubts regarding Kasoulides and his Yes vote have not subsided however I am satisfied with the commitments he has made.

Mr Christofias on the other hand who voted "no to cement the Yes" is a mystery to me. He constantly surprises me with his lack of knowledge of anything outside of Cyprus. He is a step back in economics with his support of harmonising Cyprus with the EU when it comes to Corporate Tax, 30% in order to pay for his welfare state...(the one niche we have in this world to attract foreign businesses) He also surprises me with the casual manner in which he expects his presidency to operate. His staements regarding the state interfeering with the market when it considers it necessary are worrying and outdated.

I fear isolation and no matter what other people think on this form, I firmly believe that this rock in the Med is not the centre of the world and cannot function without an alliance platform of either the new states of the EU, the Med states, or France and Germany.

Ms Merkl has openly given her preference to Mr Kasoulides, how many more govt heads belong to the same party as Mr K who will also support him and how many belong to the 5% Left alliance of EUrope?

|GOod luck people, and for everyone;s sake, please do not take us back into time with your vote tomorrow.

Kasoulides was quite happy to sell Cyprus off before with the AP and he’ll do it again make no mistake DT. Once he is in power there are no guarantees that you’ll get the chance with a referendum towards another plan.

Everyone knows that most Cypriots won’t accept Anglo-American crap so if another one comes along I can guarantee you that there won’t be a referendum so that it doesn’t fail and all they’ll need is Kasoulides’ signature which he’ll be happy to supply!

Better safe than sorry my friend.
