Yeah, but you'd think that TCs would support the Kurds but it's not in their interests...

Well good luck to them, i hope some day they will manage to demolish the PKK scum for good.

Im sure some GC's would be sad to see their buddies being bombed to pieces.

Shah boasting about bombing people is not a joking matter. Mate if you stop for a minute and think what is the difference between what your community is fighting for and what the Kurdish people are fighting for?

Who is laughing Humanist, i dont think this is funny at all, do you?

You tell me what the difference is, I'm not boasting but 30,000 people have been murdered by the PKK scum since 84, while people like the GC's are supporting them for god knows what twisted reason they have again, is that the difference?

Would you like us to ambush your public buses with machine guns, suicide attack your cities, place bombs in bins, cause riots around the country, or maybe i can lay some roadside bombs around Nicosia for our independence?

Is that the kind of difference you are talking about?

Would you stand by and just watch us commit these acts of terror?

Because i am absolutely certain that if we were not backed by Turkey, we would have been destroyed by now, the only reason we have not been, is because you are not strong enough to take us on by force.

Am i wrong?

All this talk about "oh you don't respect your minorities but you expect us to respect you blahblah" bollocks is indeed absolute bollocks, no one cares about the minority needs when its not in their interests, the Kosova dispute is a perfect example of the fact that even the ever so humanistic and advanced EU/US can go out of their way to break international laws for self interests.

When it is profitable to divide a country then everyone is all for "minority rights" but when its not then its all about the "international laws".

Turkey has been fighting divisive forces for AGES and will continue to do so for as long as it needs, if the UK can fly across the globe to defend a "piece of rock" they acquired centuries ago, then so can Turkey fight against the people on her door step who want HALF of her lands.

So i do not believe that there is one totally accepted "universal understanding" about how people should treat the needs of the minorities in their own lands, yes there are laws and they should be respected, but the international community only bitches about it when its another country, so i think its totally bullshit that people only get ethical to control other people, what kind of a twisted mentality is that? :?

Either its "back to the jungle" for everyone or we all respect each other and follow the same laws, you cant have it both ways, I'm sorry.

Isn't the 30,000 deaths from both sides, Turks and Kurds combined.??

Just looking for clarification and not endorsing any of the deaths..."bloody waste" if you ask me.

30,000 have been killed by the PKK, but this number was around way before the ceasefire which was over in 2004, and I'm not sure about the latest tall.

Some of these people also happen to be civilian Kurds but unfortunately it is hard for these idiots to discriminate between age, sex and ethnicity when carrying out such poorly planned acts of terror.
