Just polishing off a bottle of Australian Shiraz , kindly given to me by my dear friend Deniz whom I had the pleasure of meeting today when he popped into my office . Hence the little song I posted !!
Honestly though I'm convinced that if Talat and comrade Christofias or Kassouldes were to sit down and enjoy a good bottle or two of wine , by the time they were sober the Cyprob would be solved !!

Filitsa the AUSRALIAN SHIRAZ , of the CABERNET SAUVIGNON VARIETY , is indeed a very refined and elegant red .
This particular one from South Eastern Australia , situated near the largest wine producing area of Australia , the Great Bay , where some 40 or so percent of Australian wines come from.The climate in this area is very similar to the Mediterranean type and wines grown here similar to wines in European wine growing regions.
One of the greatest Australian reds , Cabernet Sauvignor I ever had was a 1986 MONTROSE , following an argument with my wife I opened a bottle and do you know what ? Have never argued since , that was just before new years day , December 30th 2007 ..It was her birthday and she wouldnt have it that she was not 21 years old !!
You can ask me about wine anytime , I have so many stories involving the most pleasurable activity I have ever participated in !!
