Comparing Obama to the likes of Paris Hilton? How about insinuating that he's the Anti-Christ?

Talk about an all-time low and grasping at straws!

It seems to work though... I've Googled some and it looks like quite a few of the bible bashers seem to swallow this story hook, line and sinker because "all the signs are there". ;)

I hate to admit it, but I've had a look at the blog posted here. This has to be some of the funniest reading I've come across in some time. These fools are so terrified that Obama is the antichrist that at least one has admitted to being on meds over it.

It just doesn't get any better than this...

With Obama in office, we will once again see America's greatness in their relationship with their allies and nations in general which have been strained under the NeoCons. Exciting times are ahead for America and their friends around the world. I can't wait for the election day to come on November 4th, for the celebrations to begin.

For those who may have missed Barack Obama's acceptance speech, here it is.

The Republican Convention, Miltiades ... a mix of high school pep rally and love fest. I was waiting for the female delegates from Louisianna to lift their shirts and flash their breasts. "Drill! Drill! Drill!"

The folks in Louisianna have been "drilled" quite substantially lately. You have to wonder what kind of thought process is involved in deciding to live below seal level in a hurricane zone, though.

This said, I listened to Palin's schtick for about a minute and turned away because A) I have an extreme dislike for "PTA moms," B) her lisp (perhaps I'm using "lisp" incorrectly - I mean the way she annunciates S's) makes my skin crawl and C) I don't expect reason from a gun-toting, shit-kicking fool that stated the difference between herself and a dog is lipstick.

It really was a WHITE trash Convention Filitsa. I watched segments of it on different days (recorded) and in all that time, I think I saw 3 non white faces in the crowd. 2 of them may have been part of the security detail for all I know. I had to put on my sunglasses not to get a burn from all that white skin and white hair.!

Hey Kikapu ......... what is the feeling on the ground in the States. Will we see an African American president?

Perhaps he should hve gone for Hilary as vice Presidente, although I can see why he went with the choice he made. Besidea I think the Clinton's have had their fame day in the White House. May be they were getting greedy or just simply like the White House :):):):)

I'm in Switzerland at the moment Humanist, but will be heading out to the states in a few weeks to live the moment when history will be made with Barack Obama becoming the President of the United States. I'll try and give some reporting while out there.

Omaba did the right thing by not selecting Hillary. Had he done that, it would have been always a question mark that he won the Presidency because of the Clinton's. He would have been living in their shadow then on and not be respected. Win or lose, he did the right thing by rejecting her. I hope he gives her a cabinet post though and makes Bill Clinton Secretary of State.
