Theres is snow.
I dont know about the roads, you should check before you start your journey because two days ago they were all closed. Im sure they cleared them up by now but you never know.

Listen to your local radio station, they are generally very good at informing you about the snow and if the roads are passable. (Quite often you get turned back at Platres or even earlier)
You will probably need a 4x4 vehicle and sometimes they even recommend 'snow chains'!

Enjoy

Heheh, we went up there at the end of march last year. Roads were fine, and the ski season had finished, but there was loads of snow right at the top. Four of us went up in the cheapest rental car possible. We only have a 2 seater, and our visitors ignored the 4x4 vehicle warning. At one point I thought we were going to roll back down the hill! More the pathetic cars problem though really...

Cheers
