How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

To both,

Naive I believe are the people who are sending those emails which I find silly but amusing.
I never meant to accuse of anyone rejecting Christofias as such, because each one of us has his own beliefs and morals.
But rejecting him based on that would be naive dont you think?
Similarly a person who would be influenced against Kasoulides by a doctored picture of him with a Hitler mustache and a Swastika on our flag would also be naive.

Let me assure you that Miltiades has a lot more on his hands right now to indulge himself in spam mail. As I have stated before , I have no political affiliations in Cyprus , I respect all parties and hope that the democratic rights gained by our people by emulating and adopting Western standards will not be jeopardised should the unthinkable happens and we become the first European nation with a communist leader .
I will emphasize once more that I have nothing against Mr Christofias neither do I question his intentions or his credentials but I'm concerned that his communist ideals will be an obstacle of immense proportions in soliciting support for our cause from those with enough influence and power that has been so far exercised in averting recognition of the TRNC and ultimately the division of our island and the introduction of a potential conflict amongst our people sometime in the future .
Turkey will rejoice on Sunday should comrade Christofias win , that will be the nail on the coffin as far as a united Cyprus is concerned.
I express again my concerns that should Cyprus become the first communist led European nation , that day , Sunday the 24th , will be recorded as another black day in the history of our nation.

...much hay will be made with a Communist in Europe, but the Goodwill between Talat and Christofias may result in immediate results whereas our support for Kassoulides depends on the Goodwill of others. The idea of making the reform from the ground up is inviting, and this is in essence what Christofias offers. As they say in America, no publicity is bad publicity, it is how you use it. furthermore, in terms of our foreign affairs, an alliance of some kind with Cuba is most appealing at this time, as both islands have as an aspect of their geography strategic political influence. with the end of the Castro regime much is in expectation, with the end of the Bush legacy as well. Kasoulides would do well as our representative, as our Statesmen in Foreign Affairs, his ideas on finance have not been proven wrong

it is a hard choice between respect for a 'world order', in International Diplomacy, or in a Leader who will have no choice but to roll up his sleeves.

Are you serious man , an alliance with a bloody dictator's left overs is appealing !!!
Exactly what makes me think and believe that should comrade Christofias wins it will spell ANATHEMA for Cyprus.
New and totaly useless alliances will be formed with insignificant bloody nations that all they can offer Cyprus is farts and more farts against the superpower , the USA . Let us rejoice that we may soon count as our allies Moldova, Kazakhstan , Venezuela , Iran Cuba , Laos , Cambodia , Vietnam and North Korea !! Fools paradise awaits !!

...and let's just see if the new President of the USA has ideas to demonstrate an evolution from Bush, able to be cooperative and in alliance for the betterent of Humanity with a Communist no less, as might be the case.

Rest assured , whoever is elected in America will not look at Cyprus favourably if a communist President is elected . Sad , but I hear Kifeas and Piratis agreeing !

Anyone think that he have any argument to support Christofias please come here.

http://www.cyprus-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=16104

The bullshit with the sms is ridiculous like your dead brains in the whole where both sides are sending them and where Christofias had said to his people to use this method. All the other bullshit are just sick like your brains. This issue is about the normal feelings and the expectable reaction that if the age of the communist’s darkness will come to Cyprus these idiots will be empowering those shits by their idiocy. I will answer later or tomorrow in detail about the communist’s dark ages and about the statement of Kiprianou (tou akel) what everyone that will not support him will be sorry.

Communist Cyprus. Why do I fail to be surprised. At least one good thing will be the replacing of the Greek National Anthem with 'The Internationale'....

we are sold, this has been the plan for about one hundred years now, dare I say it. If Kasoulides wins, so far i have read nothing from him about what exactly he plans to do. Appeasement we demonstrate with him, and we will end up being accomodating to the other interlocutors, whose best interest is served if cyprus is broken up in pieces overwhich they will have some control. This will be likely with Christofias as well, because it is likely that his identity will be oversimplified and exploited to this end, right to an abyss. This should make the choice simple, I am still undecided, but i will be rooting for the friend of Talat, if nothing changes this week, because if this friendship fails him, at least he can change.
