Raised garden blocks

Please can anyone tell me where I can buy wooden blocks to make a raised garden,We keep seeing these on Garden Invaders on BBC Prime.I beleive they are available in plastic kits too

A cheaper alternative is to have the wood cut to your size.Space out 4 posts and join with either screws or bolts..

How about trying the forestry commission i understand they sell wood..
