The link I gave was to a UK shop. I have bought from them. The price you see includes VAT - all you have to pay is shipping.
If you buy from the 'States you have to pay shipping plus duty plus VAT on the ammount you see advertised. As Sotos says you might also have to pay a clearing agent.
If you use a clearing agent (about CY£40) you will pay all fees to him.
If you just copllect from the PO you pay the duty and VAT to them.
