results of the presidential election?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

...why was the communal chamber never opened?

without it, can we say that our society was ever bicommunal?

what is wrong with sustaining an identity through self representaion, (two National Assemblies) while a superior identity exsists (the State) that should be uniting the people because it is without an ethnic bias?

the difference between then (1964) and now is that Turkish Cypriots have for themselves a form of representation which equals there counterpart, Greek Cypriots, at least in terms of the State's internal affairs. we must profit from this opportunity to find in it an expression of our mutually exclusive desire to live as persons, as well as the equally strong desire to live as individuals equal and free, which when combined is the noble principal upon which this country was founded upon. Greek Cypriots have no other choice. They must for themselves create a form of self government to mirror that of their counterpart for their own internal affairs, so that the State, the Republic of Cyprus, can serve in the defence of all its citizens in a manner where it has greater credibility as a representative of its citizens as a whole.

In any case the Consitution of the Republic of Cyprus must be reformed because it does not conform to the criteria of its membership within the EU.
