I and fellow TC's have portrayed themselves as "Turkish Cypriots" with the "Cypriot" part being the soul. But then again you call us "Mongols" , you like to brand us with something we are not and yet after constantly being told , you still do it! Don't you think that is insulting ?
No ... History records your origins as from Mongolia ... I do not use it in a derogatory way, and once you proclaim
pride in your origins ... I will develop some respect for you as a Nation.

The essense of the word "traitor" is a very strong one with a deep meaning. Do NOT use it as a simple word. Firstly to be a "traitor" I have to be "loyal" first, I have never been a "loyal" subject of the jacked , post 63 "RoC" , so how could I be a "traitor" to something I don't believe in?
My point exactly ... so how can you ask to be viewed as heroes when
you have never been loyal to Cyprus.
As for the word
traitor ... I do not use it lightly, but I am in no doubt, those that collude with the continuing occupation by Turkey .... are
literally .... traitors !
Again umit ... you may not like the truth, so how about changing it?
umit wrote:When it comes to the "shephrd" remark both my grandfathers have been shepherds at some time during their lives. I have done some shepherding as well, ( not much, but then again I have ). I never meant the statement to have a degrading meaning towards shepherds, I meant the exact opposite! This remark was sparked after I read something from you saying you had many "degree's" , a degree does not make you what you are! You may have many "degree's" but in my opinion you are completely deluded about the situation in Cyprus.
Bye Bye for now.
I am glad you are not the type that demeans people because of the job they do. I also have a grievance with those people that look down on "peasants" .... for the simple reason of extolling themselves.
I think people should be proud of whatever they do ... so long as it's legal and worthy.
As for the "degrees" comment .... you have missed its context ... the point I was making was that
it does not matter how many degrees you may have .... you may choose a path that uses
none of them
I hope we are paving the way for dissecting opinions and facts from now on.
