For a few weeks now I have been having sleeping problems. I can't go to bed before the clock hits 1 am and I can't get up before 11 am. Normally I would have to sleep for 8 hours at least, for my brain to function properly while studying. Any suggestions on sleeping issues?
Thanks for reading.
Certainly, something has disturbed your sleeping patterns. That could be one of many things, however it is normally to do with forcing yourself to stay awake for some type of event. Other factors include, overeating at night, going into deep sleep during the day, and/or delayed wake-up time.
It happened, we now have to fix this problem, and there is a simple remedy. It involves re-creating your sleeping pattern. The best way to do this is using a handy alarm clock. On the first day I would set it up at least 2 hours before your suppose to wake up. I guarantee you will at first switch it off and normally you will wake up 1:30/2:00 after, depending on how late you have become. The day after do the same, but skin at least 20 minutes off. Repeat this pattern and in no time you should wake up as you did before.
I must warn you however, something made your sleeping pattern all screwed up, you must isolate it and resolve it before it causes it again.
It could be a stress related thing, maybe exams or college/university. You need to chill out my friend.
