Translated it is about a story when the instructor asks 90 points worth of normal questions and 10 points of true false. To stop students from guessing the answers, the guy deducts one point for every wrong answer in the true/ false section. After an exam a student gets a mark of -2 !

For a few weeks now I have been having sleeping problems. I can't go to bed before the clock hits 1 am and I can't get up before 11 am. Normally I would have to sleep for 8 hours at least, for my brain to function properly while studying. Any suggestions on sleeping issues?

Thanks for reading.

Sex. :D It will calm you and sleep like a polar bear.

P.S. Also consider sheep counting

On a serious note Umit try taking deep breaths. Breath through the nose, hold your breath and then breath out through mouth and hold breath again.

I'm a bad sleeper and this really works for me.

Also as kurupetos says a bit of nookie definitely helps. Good night.
