Phoenix if you could be my "only trouble" in the world , I would gladly endure your trouble. I was in a similar situation last year and taking xanax, but that stuff really muffed me up it wouldn't have a big affect in getting me to sleep, but after waking up I felt as if someone had knocked me out.

Just read this about a lecturer I'm gonna have this semester.

"hocanın 202 sınavlarından birinde, bir arkadaş -2 almayı başarmıştı. şimdi eksi not nasıl oluyor diye soranlara: hoca 90 puanlık normal çözümlü soru soruyor, kalan 10 puanı true/false soruyor, ama millet üfürmesin diye her yanlış bir doğruyu götürüyor bu kısımda. eleman 90 puanda 0 puan çektiği gibi, true/false kısmında bile doğrudan fazla yanlış yapıyor ve eksi puan alarak literatüre geçiyor. "

Aaaahhh .... now I see your problem .... you are studying gibberish

As Iceman said first of try to sort out your mind and thoughts. That will help a lot.

Dont stay long in frond of the pc ...might affect the fact that you cannot go early to bed, a glass of milk might help...it does with me, light meal during the night, a nice bath before bed, lavender on your pillow.... there lots of things you can try and see what suits you. Also if you sleep during the afternoon try not to so you can go early to bed. Try to go to bed every night at the same time and wake up at the same time in the morning...that might help your sleeping patterns go back to normal.

I know you feel defeated, you need to take a step back and relax. I use to think like you up until I completed my university, now I don't have to stress out like that. It's part of growing up, but once you have completed university the chances of going back are slim. This is one of the hardest things you have to pass, it's like a test, once you pass it you are more prepared for the real world and even when you get out and employers talk down to you. You know one thing, you can go further because of the challenge you have passed.

When I was down and struggling in university I use to go to this website, http://www.inspiringthots.net/movie/limits-school.php. Just watch it whenever you feel down. I wish you all the best in your studies and take every word it says. It has meaning.

I had similar problems this past winter. I put it down to a disturbance of sleep patterns caused by the Christmas break, what with all the late-night partying and lay-ins the next morning.

I tried some "Sleepeasy" ( a mild sleeping draught" ) for a few nights to help me doze off and the ever faithful alarm clock took care of the other end.

Phoenix

Translated it is about a story when the instructor asks 90 points worth of normal questions and 10 points of true false. To stop students from guessing the answers, the guy deducts one point for every wrong answer in the true/ false section. After an exam a student gets a mark of -2 !
