We will all need to address this at some stage

At some stage we do not know when we are all going to have to decide what to do with our/ our loved ones remains once they have died.

How would you like your remains disposed of ??

Here are a few of the many ways any thoughts on which way you would like to go ? I do rather like the idea of being frozen with liquid nitrogen then shaken to dust someone could then mix this with paint and I could be immortalised in a painting!!

I may have not been an oil painting whilst alive but in death I would surely be remembered.

Mummification (practiced by the ancient Egyptians)

Natural predation by jhator (or sky burial) in Tibet or exposure on the Towers of Silence as practiced by the Parsi community

Burial at sea

Medical research

Ritual cannibalism

creamation.

Normal burial.

Valhalah type on a burning boat.

A few people, such as the economist Jeremy Bentham, have had their dead bodies stuffed. This is a very rare practice. Human remains of archeological or medical interest are often kept in museums and private collections.

Soap made from human corpses

Burial in an eco-cemetery

I'd donate my organs, so long as I'm not too old.

After that, the Valhalla style burning on a boat seems most interesting to me.

I'll be cremated and have my ashes scattered in St Andrews street in Limassol. That way at least the wife will visit me every week.

Wasn't there a lady in Manchester who requested her ashes to be scattered over sainsbury's car park so she could be sure her daughter would visit her a least once a month
