Hmmm... you consider the educated a disgrace worthy of extinction... hey, so does Turkey!

Hitler was educated too Alexiss, so was Mao and Stalin.

Saddam was educated, Papadopulos is educated, Lloyd fucking George was educated, Bin Laden is probably more educated than you and so is Ahmadinejad.

What was your point again? Turkey what?

Plus there isn't a single Turk from Turkey here so who the hell are you trying to sell your shit to?

"That is our way, scholastic, diplomatic and humane"

I have my grandmother sitting right next to me, if she could read English she would literally cry!

She was just telling me about how people were disappearing not very long before 74, that goes for the people who claim there was no violence 7 years prior to the invasion. Yes there are no RECORDED ones, but that isn't the reality just like most of the GC propaganda that flies around here.

Phoenix i suggest you take your "scholastic and humane" shit to Germany, if you are lucky there might still be a few Nazi's alive who would buy this crap, but over here no one does, not even your own compatriots.

If this is what a Cypriot is then i am not a Cypriot!

You are a disgrace for Cyprus and i cant believe you are a mother as well! :?

That was personal to Bubbles .... I didn't want her stalking me around and wasting my time again

I wish you'd change a little, shah, you do just throw out the same old tired tricks ....... full of insult and no substance.

Engage your brain for a change.

Regards to your gran .... the old are so full of interesting stories

That's an inadequate reply, Shahmaran.
Orhan Pamuk is educated, and so was Hrant Dink. The priests and the innocents that had their throats slit were certainly better educated than their killers. Also, the 200,000 Greeks that Turkey deported were much more educated than the average Turk. So, my point is that it's dangerous to be educated and have an opinion in Turkey. Is that clear enough now?

What shah means .... is that the Turks missed killing me the first time around .... I have unfortunately for them, lived to tell the tale ... so they have to put an end to me now, and anyone else who dares to insult the great Turk!

It's the reason they never take prisoners too ... or manage to make them disappear somehow! :(

Alexis that is so unfounded, the murderers are on trial, an extreme nationalist deep-state organisation has been revealed which supposedly has traces all the way to certain military officials, millions of people protested on the streets with signs saying "We are all Hrat Dink", yet here you are still playing the same old record, face it, there is nothing Turkey can do to please you, so there is just no point, thankfully your views are not as widely accepted as you might think, specially not by the foreigners who live there.

Orhan Pamuk was also very much appreciated here by many, not everyone agreed with his views but then a lot of people are still proud about the fact that someone has won a Noble prize for Turkish literature (the thing you know nothing about remember), people also believe he has won it because he was simply saying whatever the West wanted to hear.

Turkey has over 70 million citizens Alex, how can you compare 200,000 Greeks with the "average Turk" whatever that means, talk about an inadequate response man, you are just desperate to blame Turkey with something yet you cant build 1 decent case, try the kitchen sink

The Nobel committee awarded the Prize to Pamuk in order to save him from the fate that awaited him at the hands of the "Insulting-Turkishness" brigade.

It was a political (to highlight this Law) as well as a humanitarian decision.

We are in full agreement. The people of Turkey were devastated by his murder, but the Turkish regime had no second thoughts before assasinating him. I never attacked the people of Turkey, shahmaran, try to understand it this time. What I despise is the Turkish military regime that has caused so many suffering in the area. You admitted it yourself above, there is a deep state associated with ultranationalists and military officials. Thank you.

I too believe he was awarded the Nobel prize partly because of political reasons. Regarding my not remembering him, you force me to repeat that, when we had that discussion, I was talking about the huge INFLUENCE the Greek literature had on the world, unlike the Turkish literature which was always contained within the Turkish world. Otherwise, I would be bringing up the two Greek literature nobelists.

The Greeks of Istanbul were part of the "elite" of the city, both economically and academically, I'm sure you know that. And they were completely wiped out

Phoenix what is it about me that needs to change?

You are the one person here who can constantly say the same thing in a million ways, yet you cant put 1 real argument forward, you are just a propagandist, i have no respect for you nor i see you worthy of any serious reply anymore (specially after your little alias ordeal) because you don't put forward 1 serious argument, you just cant because you are clueless, hence why you keep using your colorful tone to speak the same racist shit over and over, but no one buys it cant you see?

You claim my grandmothers experiences are "stories" but all you have given us was your little "stories" about being bombed by the evil Turk and nothing more, yet you don't even hold the pride to come out and accept the evil doings of your people which were no different to the ones you love to go on about so much, NOT ONCE have i seen you come here with an objective approach to the matter, all we hear is "Turks this and Turks that".

You are utterly ridiculous.
