Just spotted this thread before I logged off for the night.

Tomorrow we are both busy so going out for a lovely romantic meal on Friday instead. After so many years together we still buy cards but no to presents - not needed

When the kids were little we always used to have a lovely meal at home - with the wine, candles and home cooked meal. They were great, if you know what I mean?!

I am working away from home so I hope my card gets there in the morning . I have had to leave a blank cheque for a hair do as well , how romantic eh ?
The wife and I usually wait untill the following weekend to go for a meal as all the restaraunts at home seem to serve a set menu yet charge full prices .
