I have so far received 62 valentine emails!!! :D

Unfortunately they all link to dodgy websites!

Went out for a meal last night (going out Friday, Saturday and Sunday so wanted a break tonight) and got a rose. 8)

My husband and i never exchange cards / gifts on valentines day. As for going anywhere we have a 2 yr old son & im 7 months pregnant and in no mood to go out anyway after a day in the office. Sad i know, but i agree with some of the posts that is all a bit commercialised, just a way of getting ppl to spend more money after the expence of Christmas. I was extreemly touched today when my bosses sister sent me a rose all wrapped up lovely with glitter on (yes im a girl i like to get flowers!), a single rose that means a lot, bless her. So i guess its not just limited to ppl that are going out with ppl, or married couples, its a general kind of love day.

In inverted 'commas' it can mean a few things. You either do not believe in it and get ticked off. You might belong to the 'environmet friendly' party and wish to save trees, its all a big scam or are unromantic. In my case I am still pondering.

But do we need a St. Valentines card to tell someone how we feel?

Happy Valentine's day to all of you. As Joanna said it is a day of love...and expensive presents and things are not always necessary...one of my friends is going for picnic... that will cost less than ten pounds with a bottle of wine in it as well. She asked for a card and a rose that cost less than 5... and thats it. How nice is that?

Well I received a Valentines card but I had to tell the guy off...since I said so many times that there is nothing else than friendship there and he keep on that matter...plus he denied it was him at the beginning since it had no name on it and I hate lies

Apart from that...only my best friend and my boss showed me a bit of love. :(
