Ghost Rider is rubbish but the new Batman movie (The Dark Knight) is absolutely shockingly bad, utter tripe. Terrible acting, poor script, dull pacing and full of plot holes. I want three hours of my life back and a refund of my £7. Avoid at all costs.

The worst movie I saw lately?

Anything my wife watches, which is normally BASED on a true story, involves someone dying of cancer (or something similar) and looking for a new father/mother to look after their children once they are gone!

The original isn't very good and 'Rise of the Silver Surfer' isn't great either. They were made to introduce more children and teenagers into comic books, but the Fantastic Four have always been a bit lightweight anyway. Is it comic book heroes weekend or something?

If you want a decent comic book movie try X-Men. The first one is probably the best, the second one is good and the third one is ok but not as good as the others).

Daredevil (with Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner is pretty good too but one of those movies that some people love and others dislike.

Thanks for the tips. I am only watching this movie as my teenage son likes it!

Admit to watching X-men (animation) when the children were younger, so maybe I will watch that series of movies when they come on!

Mama Mia is the worse movie I've seen lately. Apart from it being the corniest piece of work I've seen since kid shows, Colin Firth's ability to swivel his hips like a woman just broke my heart!
