Berthing fees ~ Larnaca marina

Just a quickie question for the sailors amongst you.

What's a rough idea of the berthing fees for approx 30 ft boat in Larnaca marina.

Apart from the annual berthing charges what other charges are there ~ especially regarding leaving the marina to go out for a day trip and returning .
