It’s time to tell the truth

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

...the truth is the truth. and what is right is right. I don't care what extensions can be made by this quote.

our battle in Cyprus is not a fight of "Greeks" against "Turks", it is the evil of people who would place their "Greekness" or their "Turlishness" above the fact that we are all the same, and that to survive on this planet we must seek to better our lives, as Humans.

Christos, I grew up in a "mixed" village. I spit on the ignorant who defined it that way.

I don't care what Turks want. I know that there are Turkish people just like me who are Cypriots, rather than Greeks. I care about us.

...and right now I am afraid our Government, this pan Hellenic government, is the biggest threat to our State.

The trouble is, Repulsewarrior- is that not all villages were like that, and some were liquidated as a result. Taskent is a prime example of that.

...but for the ignorant, Expatkiwi. Shall we allow them the victory by remaining apart?
