The level you dropped reveals your despair. Despite your predictions Papadopoulos is ahead in the surveys. And that is the fact.

But obviously you confuse Papadopoulos with Christofias regarding the drop outs. Christofias is the one supported by the uneducated and the losers that didn't manage to create anything in life and now they hope that some communist will win to give hand outs to them.

Papadopoulos is supported mostly by the educated middle class people who are neither communist sheep nor capitalist pigs.

I do not think you will live long enough to see the day when the British and the Turks leave Cyprus. I suggest that you re-assess the situation and come to terms with this fact. While I appreciate that this might be difficult for someone of limited intelligence it is the the only real option. Good Luck.

and you're supposed to be the genius of this party

Thanks for the compliment DT. To tell the truth I am far from being a genius. Pragmatist maybe. Genius no.

But it doesn't take a genius to understand that the Turks are here for good. The Brits might leave in 100 yrs or so but not the Turks. Wake up to this fact.

When you say "Turks are here for good" do you mean the Turkish Cypriots, or you also include the Turkish army and the settlers?

Nobody asked from the TCs to leave.

However the Turks and their army will leave either you like it or not. The question is: When that time comes will there be any Turkish Cypriots left? Or the ammount of Settlers that will come will be so great that virtually every Turk will have to be kicked out of Cyprus?

Our island have passed under many invadors like you. The powerful invadors always think they will be able to oppress others forever. Think about the Ottoman empire. Whats left of it now? I am sure the ottoman Sultans did not predict their downfall, just like you don't predict yours.

The difference today is that we now have much better standards of living than the Turks. So it is much easier for us to wait until the right time, while the Turks beg the World Bank and the EU for some money in order to improve their 3rd world shit hole country.

So if you are a real pragmatist you will see that we have neither the desire, nor any reason to capitulate to you. Wake up to this fact.

Ok, so you agree that there are enough uneducated dropouts and women to satisfy both camps.

Yes you are quite right Piratis. powers come and go. Right now Turkey is being recognised as the power in the Easren Med. This "Shit hole" country is flushing you down the toilet. Not Europe, Not America and certainly not RoC is going to achieve the removal of Turkish troops from Cyprus. I don't say this is wrong and I don't say this is right. Only this is the way it is.

Here are the facts

All gallops conducted so far have shown that the power base of Papadopoulos are the people who are over 60. In this age group he enjoys a staggering 37% support, according to the measurements of last week. Contrary to this he lacks behind Kasoulides and Christofias within the masses of young people and the educated people. Also, measurements have shown that he is on a downward path with the refugees and that Paphos and Limassol are his strong geographic areas. These are the facts as they came out time and time again, since measurements of the public opinion began in earnest some months ago.
