yes, phoenix can bite, but she mostly only nibbles, and only bites when attacked. (i have been a victim of her bites, too). in all, i like her style. i like her sense of humor, i like her quick wit.
i may not agree with any anti-TC comments (or anti-GC comments either), but no doubt her dislike of certain people is warrented.

my mother got a bad electrical shock in her youth, which made her afraid of electrical appliances the rest of her life.
i know a man who dislikes dogs because he got bit badly in his younger years.

As for today, and who imposes racial standards and who does not, it is plainly obvious. The TRNC excludes non Turks while the RoC is fast becoming a multi cultural society.

That's rubbish, we have MANY foreigners here, specially people who come for the universities and no one treats them any different, unlike the way the GC's treat their fellow TC's and only against the TC's apparently since you can be ever so multi-cultural now compared to how you were before, ethnic nepotism springs to mind unfortunately

That's strange remark to make when you consider how many TC's have crossed over to get their ROC id card and how many actually live here let alone the thousands crossing over daily for work.

Would a GC be as welcome in the north ~ would he be able to say I want to return to my home and have that wish respected .

Does the north hold in trust a GC's house so it is available in the event of a solution or are the houses being sold to the first gullible foreigner that comes along or filled up by settlers to bump up the population and justify the area of land taken ~~ there is a difference ~~ a very BIG difference.

While I don't really care for Phoenix because of her 'Kill everything Turkish' mentality, some of the posts on this forum did go a little too far off from the center of the runway. All that the more 'colorful' posts have done is to convince her more that ever that those who are against her views are uncivilized and uncouth. The moral high ground is important and how that high ground is to be attained - and retained - depends a lot upon our behavior.

I think you are giving him/her a little too much credit in thinking that she has any intentions of finding out about TCs or Turks and or any sort of reconciliation Expat....She is just a brainless racist hat is here to disrupt and that is all...She has a job to do and is doing it....Nothing more nothing less....Nothing we could have said would have changed that..You are not dealing with anything tangible here....
