Court orders Turkish bank to pay refugee

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Shamara, Not all GC's wanted to live with the TC's but the majority didnt have a problem. Yes I agree GC's killed many TC's and visa versa. Who's to say we are right or you are right. My best freind is TC. I have been freinds with him since I was six years old.

Trust me when I say we are not that different. But due to pricks like Grivas, Denktash, Kissinger and many others we find ourselves we are today.

I know both people can live side by side.

Thanks for your kinds works regarding Varosha. I also hope that I may return to my family home one day. My father died when I was seven so I really dont know too much about Varosha from his prospective so hopefully I can see it with my own eyes.

ENOSIS HAS BEEN DEAD AND BURIED FOR YEARS ON END . MAKARIOS BURRIED IT THAT IS WHY THE JUNTA INITIATED THE MILITARY COUP.
Shah , give it a rest mate .There was NO GENOCIDE , THERE IS NO INTERNATIONAL BODY THAT SUPPORTS YOUR VIEW.
Cypriots both G/Cs and T/Cs lost their lives because fanatics escalated the conflict , such fanatics influenced by their obsession with their perceived motherlands. Why is it that you are constantly bringing ENOSIS to the forefront of your arguments .ENOSIS IS ANATHEMA TO CYPRIOTS JUST AS MUCH AS PARTITION IS.

I yis a giant leap from a vote for Enosis to genocide. And it has nothing whatsoever to do with illegally occuping someone else's property. The case was a simple straight forward property case. The bank's lawyer could not think of any other defence for having the property 30 years rent free so he put forth the TRNC. Not clever.

Like the Orams? I think they will find that the Turkish Bank is registered as 3 different companies in 3 countries the TRNC UK and Turkey.

i don't understand what more enosis we could get that hasn't already happened?

We have the same overiding parliament in the EU
We have the same executive body with the EU Council
We have the same civil service with the EU Commission
We have the same currency
We show less paperwork going to Greece than going to North Nicosia
We have the same judiciary with the ECJ

Just because its the same between Cyprus and Italy, Sweden and Denmark as well....

Why do people still go on about this as a danger? Its already happened and as far as I know the earth is still spinning on its axis and we haven't slaughtered every TC we see in the Mall of Cyprus.
