We know how many Cypriots lived in one household (on average).
We know how many homes were destroyed (by September 1964).
So, we know how many Cypriots' homes were destroyed.
And we know how many Cypriots were displaced by the conflict (by then).
So, we can estimate who lost what.
For the sake of argument, I started from the assumption that every evacuated Greek Cypriot's home was completely destroyed. I made my data as sympathetic to the Greek Cypriot side as possible. I assumed that no displaced Greek Cypriots' homes survived at all - not partially destroyed, not decayed and looted... Any other (more realistic) assumption would mean the Greek Cypriots had lost fewer homes and the Turkish Cypriots had lost more.
