We rejected it

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I don't think Turkey is not here to stay, they are here to settle disputes which we haven't done in 50 years, do you think the Turks love wasting their tax money on us jobless bastards? I very much doubt it, i hope not anyways.

I hate the way you include me into the whole "Cypriots" name when you wish, but love to remind me that i am also the unwelcome guest from 500 years ago otherwise.

Make your mind up man...

Sharaman, Cyprus is not a place we were living 2000 years ago, left, and we just came back. We never left this island until you forced us out from part of it just 34 years ago.

Turkey has strategic interests on this island. Many times Turkish Generals themselves have admitted this fact. Partition was a Turkish aim since the 50s.

I never said you are an unwelcome guest and I always include you in the Cypriots name apart from the times you choose to exclude yourself.

It just appears that we are not welcomed by you. Not only you do not welcome us in your homes, but you even took our homes and locked us out of them.

What I want is democracy and equality among all Cypriots without any racist discriminations. I don't want to violate the rights of anybody else, and similarly I expect everybody else do respect my rights. Those that show respect to me and my rights will have the 100% of my respect regardless of their race, language, religion etc. Those that do not respect my rights will similarly see no respect from me, again regardless their race, language, religion etc.

How about dealing with the points raised by Rolandis, one by one? Perhaps we can learn from the mistakes of the past.

Bananiot, who are responsible are those who have the power and take the decisions. Let the Cypriot people free to rule their own island in a democratic way, and if what we create is in any way worst than UK or Turkey or any of the others that want to give us lessons, then I will accept that we need to learn somehting.

So it appears Piratis you still support your democratic right to unite with Greece, if we disagree do we have the right to fight back or should we just accept your will?
