Umit, were you born at 7 months?

Yes I was born at 7 months. At the time I was taken out to save my mother, the doctor told my father that if I lived it would be a bonus. So the first couple of days my parents didn't name me incase I died. Later on they named me "Ümit" which means "Hope".

Thats so sweet :) What was wrong with the pregnancy Unit? Why they had to take you out to save your mother?

Sorry Deniz "Hoca" I guess I didn't read your profile. Another personal question, is your problem of not being able move to Cyprus about not being able to find a good job or not being able to stay away from the grandchildren?

My mother suffered from a condition called "eş zehirlenmesi" in turkish ( maybe Deniz Hoca the chemist knows what the english word for it is) . Anyway it's something to do with the mothers kidneys not working properly increasing the urea in the blood extremely, in this case the child must be taken out at all cost not to kill the mother as well, but another problem was that my mothers blood preasure was too high to withstand the operation. So the doctors had to wait for the instant it would drop to have any chance at all.

Could be 'Septicaemia'. You are lucky to be alive or you have had good medical attention.

IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE?

The blood pressure thing could be 'pre-eclampsia' or something like that. The High Urea could be many things and as I am not a medically qualified person, you need to ask others. Gecmis olsun. I do love my grandchildren but prefer to move to Cyprus when I retire in two years time. Then, I want to be able to live anywhere I like in Cyprus. Preferably where my ancestors are buried.

If people keep sending more pics enough to make a clip, then I will do my best. Please also decide what song you want in the background. :)

Whatever you end up doing , I hope you feel at peace in the end. All that stuff happened a long time ago, I was lucky that at the time my father had full private health insurance ( it really does make a difference ). My dad now even jokes about the fact that each bill he had to sign for, was no less than $10,000 AUD.

PS: Is Aksu close to Vuda?
