I happen to love my birth country. True, there is too much political correctness and a misplaced sense of colonial guilt (and we get our fair share of it here as well in the United States), but your posts - particularly on this thread - is not exactly endearing Godzone to anyone else here, is it?

One thing though: Cyprus is an international problem. International politics caused the end result, and its up to the international community to facilitate a solution, so non-Cypriots like ourselves (even though we are on opposite poles for what is the best solution) do have a right to provide input. I'm sure that the native Cypriots - both north and south - might not like that, but this is a forum after all.

Oh, FYI, Eric Dayi is a friend of mine.
