State terrorism and racism in Greek South Cyprus.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I didn't say you can't, you asked me to compare so i am wondering what to look out for, what aspects of them would you compare, and as i have asked, have you actually read any Turkic literature or poetry?

shahmaran wrote:Oh right pardon me, you have said INFERIOR CULTURE, i guess you were only referring to your little hypothesis on ancient architecture. Well i am truly sorry, you are not as racist as i thought you were.

I have already told you what i believe in, no need to stuff words into my mouth, my stance is pretty clear, however i am still waiting for some clarification on what you exactly mean by this "inferiority" since you are the one who brought it up, if you don't mind, thanks.

You want me to explain why the Ottoman culture was inferior to the Greeks? Architecture is the least of the reasons Shahmaran, compare for instance the works of literature or science of the two people and you'll see there is a huge gap between them

Forget boasting about the ancient Greeks and tell us what you have achieved lately apart from making yourselves the laughing stock of the whole world?

What have you personally achieved that you can boast about, anything apart from your racism hmmm?

No good basting about people who lived thousands of years ago, boast a little about yourself and of your people of today.

Boast about how you slaughtered the Macedonians, attempted to genocide us Tcs and helped the Serbians murder 8000 Muslim in one night in Kosovo.

While yu are at it you can also boast about the camps, training, weapons and money you helped the Kurdish terrorists with.

Boast about the "Cypriot passport" your so called "government" issued to the baby killer terrorist Ocalan.

Boast about how your ilk in Greek South Cyprus laundered Milosovic's billions.

Boast about your state terrorism in Greek South Cyprus.

Boast about what you would do to us TCs given half the chance to so that you GCs can be the sole rulers/owners of the whole island of Cyprus.

Let's see you boast about today and not ancient history which you had no part in or controlled in any way.

Well said Eric Dayi, so easy to be arrogant about your past while ignoring the doings of today.

Have these people learned nothing from their "marvelous" history and culture?

No mate, they haven't because the only thing they seem to be educated on is hate and racism, at home, school, society and even in the Church.

Interesting, coming from the people that worship a former leader of theirs as if he were god. At least the Greeks have many reasons to be proud of their past, what reasons have you to be so proud of your history?

As for modern day Greece, it's light years ahead of Turkey wouldn't you say? The smallest country to host the best Olympics yet, a country that managed to do 28 years ago what Turkey is still striving for: enter the EU. Look at the number of Greek professors in the most acclaimed universities in the world, do you know how disproportionate to the Greek population is the volume of scientific work produced by Greeks? Do you know how many Turkish lives were saved thanks to Greek doctors?

Ever heard of Elia Kazan, Costas Gavras, Cybele, Melina Merkouri, Nick Cassavetes, Robert Zemeckis ?
What about Nico Kazantzakis or George Seferis?
Or perhaps Maria Callas or Mikis Theodorakis, Vangelis?
Michael Dukakis, Spiro Agnew, know who they are?

Greeks still contribute to the world heritage, unlike you. You don't have to be so bitter, you should better try to keep up, that would be a first!

To be fair we have Turkey to thank for one great film, "the Midnight Express". What an accurate depiction of everyday life in your country, well done :)
