The bottom line Eric is that what was happening in Cyprus is no different to what was happening in every other country in the world and that’s called NATURAL SELECTION.

Well there are a few small victories to be won before we reach a finale GR, and the majority has been a success, no we might not be recognized YET, but you will NEVER turn this place into a Greek island, not even a Greek run island, that's a fact, so that's one victory.

Now either we live together equally as one people or we live separately as 2 equal nations on the same island. The choice is out there, but whichever way you look at it, we will be sorted and equals and if we hadn't fought for it, it was never going to happen, was it neighbour?

If Turkish Cypriots continue along the same path I doubt they’ll exist as a people 200 years from now even if the whole world were to recognize a new TC state.

The problem is you cannot hang on to something you cannot protect and Cyprus has been a constant reminder of that over the millenniums, so the job of protecting an even smaller state with even fewer people in it that you envisage is total suicide for your community as Turkey will not be around to guarantee your existence forever and she may even turn against you one day.

How would the TCs protect themselves from the GCs? It’s human nature for groups to strengthen by dominating and absorbing weaker ones… that’s what I mean when I talk about natural selection.

What is your plan or are you placing all your eggs in Turkeys basket?

You cannot compare TRNC with Israel, just like you cannot compare the influence Jews have around the globe with the Turkish Cypriots. Even then they still haven't exactly found peace anyways.

We still have a long way to go, it is just a matter of time not a matter of if.

There is no way Turkey will become another Iraq, it is just not possible, they don't have petrol plus they are not a tyranny. However, they are the gateway to many pipelines that feed Europe but i cannot see other nations attacking Turkey for any reason, we have gone passed those days which resulted with great defeats of many nations on those soils, and i think you would also agree.

But what you are claiming is that, if Turkey stops backing us, you will try to conquer these lands?
