I remember some time ago when Cyprusgrump was educating me about home-plugs. They way these work is that you can have your Internet connection run through your homes electricity supply.
I'm mainly in my bedroom, don't have a telephone line here but I do have wired Internet by passing a CAT5 cable around the roof and through the wall, which was all done by a dodge electrician whom I promised myself never to use again.
I am not exactly posting a message to find an electrician, I would rather use another method, if possible.
Basically I am wondering if I can have a wired telephone service (I am not a fan of hands free; gives me an ear ache) by using a plug, similar to home plugs of which I can have a fully operational telephone. The closest telephone point in our house in the living room.
It would be appreciated if you have any information that might be useful to reply.
