Denktas agreed to at least three of them that I know of.......Tpap dismissed ALL OF THEM

Tpap was only in power for the last one. WHo cares what he thought of the others?

How long was denktash in power for and how many of those did he reject?

Was he in power when he wrote the Akritas plan???   The man has had a hand in everything the GCs have done since day one and I believe that he and his henchmen in EOKA "persuaded" the rest to say no......

answer the question and stop bringing up hypothetical plans. Who was in power for most of these Denktash or Tpap?

Lets go through them....Tpap was in power for the last one, how many was denktash in power for and how many did he reject?

I didn't see any need to answer your question as we both know the answer.....

The point is that he agreed to three at least so why were they scuppered at the last moment???? Tpap has been an EOKA enlist for all this period and who is it that had control over the GC people all this time?????

So the sum goes......We agreed to three (At least) and you none regardless of who was your leader........Just one yes would have done...Just one

The problem has been that all these proposals have been offered to Cyprus by outsiders. Most of them have no business telling another country how it should govern itself.

Cyprus is right to hold on until it finds solutions and acceptable plans for self-determination.

Keep your noses out of the RoC ...... especially you Turkey and any Turk-sympathisers..

its my fault because i'm too lazy to start going through one by one of these to show you how most never got of the ground due to denkltash rejecting them from the start. I have to get to the substance of this issue with you.

However I see that someone that thinks we've been ran by EOKA for the last 58 years has bigger issues than the ones discussed here.

Try going down the list of your leaders and see who was and was not in EOKA     Makarios said yes and died just before signing...Why was his wishes not honoured...Clerides was voted out for saying yes....I suppose EOKA had nothing to do with that either considering that the TOP EOKA man is your president      ONE YES WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED>>>>And the two we got was overruled......Now excues me if I am a little suspicious.... 8) 8) 8) 8)

I, too, would choose the Turkish Daily News to make an appeal to the Greek Cypriots. That’s obviously where my target audience goes to get the latest developments on Cyprus.

LOL

The man is a misguided lunatic! So much he is out of touch with reality, that he had chosen to send such an article to where? To an English language Turkish newspaper, hoping in this way to please ...god knows whom (Turkish readers perhaps and his American coca cola bosses,) when he should have known that not even 1% of the GC voters won't read his otherwise nonsense article! The man is from another planet, and in reality, he is doing a disservice to the candidate he would wish to support!

He even blames Papadopoulos for the "rejection" of plans in the 50's, when he was merely in his late teens -early twenties, and even lists the Macmillan plan as a "missed opportunity,” when it is know to everyone that it was a mere partition plan! The man is a bloody clown! He has gone to a Turkish newspaper to more or less tell the GCs to surrender their cause without even a single fight, and the funny thing is that he believes he is helping in this way his friend Kasoulides to become the next president! So stupid and clueless he is!
