the khalifate of kktc....goodbye to a once proud community of Turkish Cypriots...
Welcome back Bir,
Here, see if you can spot a "TC" in this pictureas to what has become in the "TRNC" now.!!
The future looks even worse....
Welcome to
"little Turkey".!!
Thanks for the welcome,Kikapu...
It's good to be back...Even better to discover that my dear True Cypriot brother, miltiades is back too...
But there is something missing in your pictures. The white sheep should all be wearing headscarfs or the Turban as it is called in Turkey...
Be patient my brother, all in good time. Rome wasn't built in a day either. Let the "TRNC" sell more "TC citizenships" to the settlers and then all will be possible, after the True TC's lose their voices at the ballot box.
What was that persons name that you wrote about few months ago that the TC's should worry about him bringing religious rules to the "TRNC". Little by little as the settlers become more powerful politically, then yes, even the sheep will have to start wearing head scarfs.
Actually on the contrary, TRNC happens to be much more relaxed about the religious clothing compared to Turkey, Turkey had banned all "full on" religious clothing (until recently with the AKP in power they have started to allow students to wear it in universities) except for the Imams who can only wear it while working, so you are likely to see many Muslims walk around with huge towels on their head followed by a few women totally covered.
But believe it or not most of the fundamental Islamists who come here, are not Turkish but absolute foreigners. Westerners who come from Canada, Britain or even from Jamaica, Africa, Dubai, Iran and the far east like Malaysia and Bangladesh etc. who are generally here for university
The locals are far from being "head scarfed" it just doesn't fit in with their culture, it will never happen.
